It wouldn’t be the spooky season without the annual haunted tours at the Wyoming Frontier Prison in Rawlins, scheduled for next week. Tomorrow, the Old Pen is hosting its masquerade fundraiser, which was canceled last year due to concerns about COVID. Cali O’Hare sat down with Site Director Tina Hill and has a preview of the events.
