Starbucks is moving into the City of Rawlins. The governing body unanimously approved a preliminary plat for a lot on Plaza Street, which is right off Exit 215 near Walmart, McDonald’s and Taco Bell. City officials called it a “perfect place” for a Starbucks. Cali O’Hare has the details.
