Rawlins Mayor Terry Weickum will be the featured guest on this month’s “Behind the Scenes” Q&A session with City Manager Shawn Metcalf, scheduled for Monday afternoon. The series offers another avenue for people to access city leaders. There’s still time to submit questions for the Mayor. Cali O’Hare has the details.
