In Rawlins, the new director of public works sent what he described as an oversized and useless commercial snow blower back to the Idaho-based company from which it was being leased. The lease agreement was recommended to the council for approval two years ago by employees who are no longer with the City of Rawlins. Cali O’Hare has the details.
