Rawlins residents with internet issues are encouraged to participate in a survey that will help the local government and Wyoming Business Council advocate for better access to affordable, reliable high speed internet. City officials were recently approached by a Wyoming-based company to partner for a grant that, if awarded, would bring broadband to Rawlins. Cali O’Hare has the details.
