Halloween is Sunday, and Carbon County is brimming with festivities to celebrate the spooky holiday this weekend. From trick-or-treating at downtown businesses in Rawlins and Saratoga this afternoon, to Hanna’s Halloween parade and “House of Horrors,” to the carnival and costume contest in Baggs, there’s something for everyone.
