The Saratoga Town Council continues to work on a usage agreement with the Nellie Wood family for use of their baseball fields. The family wishes for commitment from the town to hold up its plans to extend water services. The Little League players start using the field this week for the season while the lease is pending. Emma Diercks has the story.
