Two separate motions to appoint a mayor failed at the Saratoga Town Council meeting Tuesday evening.
The first motion to select councilwoman D’Ron Campbell failed for a lack of a second, as did another motion to appoint Bob Keel. Emma Diercks reports on the stalemate at Saratoga Town Hall.
