The woman accused of shooting at her boyfriend’s Saratoga home has had her case transferred to District Court.

In the early morning hours of December 16th, 28-year-old Victoria Rose Tidball allegedly fired over 40 pistol rounds at the home and vehicle of Saratoga resident Bradley McBride. Court documents state that Tidball and McBride, who were dating at the time, got into a heated argument about a dog. McBride, who lives on the 300 block of North Veterans Street, was uninjured in the attack.

During a press conference held on December 19th, Saratoga Police Chief Mike Morris described the incident.

Later during the day of December 16th, Tidball allegedly participated in a burglary at the Whistle Pig Saloon. Speaking at the December 19th press conference, Chief Morris said Tidball, and former Whistle Pig Saloon employee Cody Ellenson fled the area after the incident.

Tidball was taken into custody two weeks later in Lexington, Nebraska. The alleged shooter is facing eight charges, including attempted first-degree murder, stemming from the December 16th shooting.

Authorities are still searching for Cody Ellenson.

Tidball was extradited back to Carbon County in early January. The suspect was seen in Carbon County Circuit Court on January 31st. The following day, Tidball’s case was moved to the district court.

A call to the Carbon County District Court indicated that most cases begin in circuit court. When a suspect is accused of a more serious crime, their case is then remanded to the district court for reconsideration. Tidball is facing multiple felony charges.

The suspect is being represented by Public Defender Sergio Lemus. Tidball is currently housed in the Carbon County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.

A date for Tidball’s next court hearing has not been set at this time.
