A three-vehicle crash at Hanna Junction sent multiple people to the hospital Friday afternoon.

Details are still sketchy about the serious crash that occurred Friday afternoon at the junction of Highways 30 and 72 near Hanna. The Wyoming Highway Patrol has confirmed that three vehicles were involved but has not released any other information.

Bigfoot99 reporter Matt Copeland arrived on the scene shortly after the incident occurred. It appeared that a work van lost control while traveling west bound on Highway 30. The vehicle appeared to have rolled over multiple times and ended up in the ditch on the opposite side of the road. Debris covered Adams Street, heading into Hanna. Another damaged vehicle, a white SUV, was in the south bound lane of Adams Street.

A source in the Hanna Fire Department confirmed that three people were taken to area hospitals, two with minor injuries. The driver of the van suffered more serious injuries, but they were not considered to be life-threatening. A medical helicopter was called to the scene but was unable to respond due to high winds in the area of the crash site.

The two less injured individuals are confirmed to be sisters Kendra Jo and Nichole Harris. Social medial posts show Kendra Jo suffered from a dislocated toe and a 3-inch laceration on her knee. Nichole was discharged with numbness in her legs and toes. The two young ladies are said to be walking, but extremely sore.

The identity or condition of the driver of the van is not known at this time. The cause of the accident is also unknown. Bigfoot 99 will report back with any additional information Highway Patrol releases about the incident.
