The Rawlins Urban Systems Committee is strongly recommending that the city council adopt an on-street RV parking ordinance introduced by Councilman DeBari Martinez last month.

Members of the committee voted unanimously for the proposal, calling it the “best ordinance ever introduced on the issue.”

Cali O’Hare has the latest on the hot potato issue that has been tossed from one council to the next over the years without resolution – until maybe now.
