The Carbon County Youth Crisis Center in Rawlins is experiencing a crisis of its own. According to the Executive Director of the Cathedral Home for Children, which holds the license for the facility in Rawlins, a transition was in the works that would have closed the local crisis center and diversion program effective December 10th, but when the staff learned of the plan last week, they quit immediately. Cali O’Hare has everything we know so far in this developing story.
