Cowboy basketball head coach Sundance Wicks announced this week the addition of forward Mike Mora to the Cowboy roster for the 2026-27 season on Thursday.
The sophomore is from Cal State Monterey Bay in the California Community College Athletic Association.
During the 2025-2026 season, The 6-6 Mora was named the CCAA Men’s Basketball Player of the Week twice. He averaged 21.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game to lead the team to a 7-1 start. He previously played at the University of Vermont, where he redshirted in 2024 as a true freshman.
Moro is a native of Palo Alto, California.
An All-Conference selection at Cal State Monterey Bay last season, Mora has two seasons of eligibility remaining.
