The Mullen Fire raced past the 100,000 acre mark by noon Wednesday, reaching 117,420 acres Thursday morning. Last night, the fire crossed the state line into Colorado, forcing evacuations there and extending the closure of Highway 230 from Riverside to the state line. Emma Diercks has the latest.
