The weekend rental fees for county-owned buildings where people regularly host parties and large gatherings will likely soon increase by 50 percent.

County employees are proposing the hike to cover the cost of repairing damage and cleaning up the messes people leave behind. Apparently, it’s an all too frequent occurrence. Cali O’Hare reports.
