Less than two months after the governing body authorized the creation of the new position, the City of Rawlins has hired a grant writer. She hit the ground running, working her first twelve days straight alongside other city employees as they applied for more than $10.5 million in grants. Cali O’Hare sat down with Andrea Hammond Wednesday and filed this report.
