With the Rawlins branch of the Bank of the West closing, the City of Rawlins has hired the manager, Nate Davison, as the municipality’s Economic Development Director. The governing body authorized the position this summer. Davision says his sole focus is on strengthening the businesses and community through recruitment, retention and expansion of commerce. Cali O’Hare reports.
