Ten weeks into the new school year, the administration and staff at Rawlins Middle School say they’re already seeing overall positive student growth under the academic and behavior matrices implemented in August. As Bigfoot 99 reported then, the two new matrices came in response to WYTOPP data and feedback from parents regarding bullying. Cali O’Hare has the latest.
