The San Diego State football team is fundamentally sound on both sides of the ball. That’s the assessment of Wyoming Head Coach Jay Sawvel. The Aztecs don’t bring a lot of tricks. Tomorrow’s game with the Cowboys will come down to hard, smash-mouth football.
Coach Sawvel said the San Diego State offense does a good job of managing the field, running the ball and not turning the ball over.
Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. on Saturday. Bigfoot 99 will be on the air at 3:30 with the pregame show followed by the radio broadcast.
